Score is a global engineering company and the expertise we have developed in the Oil & Gas sector has great potential to benefit wind operators, both on and offshore together with Tier 1 and 2 contractors, Turbine and Balance of Plant suppliers through manufacture of components, provision of skilled technicians for assembly, bolting and ongoing maintenance,  together with large and small component storage facilities where we offer a turnkey; complete, asset management service, incorporating preservation, storage, re-certification and guaranteed delivery times for critical spares. 

In 2025 a Renewables division was set up with several projects won in CCUS and Hydrogen. There is a strong lens on the wind market with service offerings for both on and offshore operations. The main operation spearheaded from our Peterhead, Scotland sites, strongly supported by sites in Great Yarmouth, Hull, Cowdenbeath, Brighouse and Co, Cork, with other key location sites planned. 

Score is aiming to create an offshore wind training, fabrication, component manufacture, parts obsolescence and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) base from our Peterhead, Scotland sites. Working with partners, we would like to see Peterhead and the northeast of Scotland become a hub for offshore wind.
