Solutions
A large part of ProCon’s success so far and the company’s significant market share related to offshore wind foundations can be ascribed to the specific solutions provided through its different departments. Hereby a short overview these and their services.
Engineering
ProCon Wind Energy’s Engineering department has two functions in the company. An internal and an external function. The internal function supports the company’s other departments with detailed engineering, documentation as well as full scope design and engineering of offshore wind foundations. The external function focuses on more specialized engineering work such as grid connections, power electronics and different studies/analysis. Both functions solely provide solutions within the electrical scope of wind turbines, OSS and solar farms and the components used in these.
Construction
ProCon Wind Energy’s Construction department is the company’s largest department both in terms of size, projects, and revenue. From here, ProCon provides electrical solutions in terms of outfitting, pre-assembly, installation, and commissioning of mainly wind turbine foundations, such as transition pieces and jackets as wells as their internal E-modules, but also of wind towers. As such, ProCon works with every system and component related to the electrical scope, including secondary steel mechanical work.
Service & Installation
ProCon Wind Energy’s Service department has chosen to focus on and specialize in three specific areas within the onshore and offshore wind service segment. Thus, ProCon’s service department provides customers with high voltage and medium voltage solutions; full inspection and maintenance packages/campaigns, as well as installation, commissioning, service and retrofit of niche components/systems, WTGs, Offshore foundations and substations.
Solar
ProCon’s Solar department focuses on developing, constructing, and servicing solar farms. As a result, this department provides and facilitates land acquisition; development & design of projects; Installation, service & maintenance; and stakeholder management & sales.

Common for the departments is that they all also provide customers with general services within each focus area that can be implemented in turnkey solutions or be provided as single solutions. These include:
