WBD recently published its national energy transition outlook with input from 500+ UK suppliers, investors and large-scale consumers of energy. This revealed a number of fascinating insights on various topics, with a largely positive view from the respondents and WBD are keen to explore the key findings on funding, M&A and market consolidation.
They are therefore looking to gather local business leaders, sector advisers and decision makers for a roundtable discussion over lunch on Thursday 3rd July at their Newcastle office.
Timings:

1.00pm - 2.00pm: Lunch, networking
The discussion will explore funding, M&A, decarbonisation, technology and innovation. The group will also discuss the hurdles faced and the steps needed to ensure organisations in our region can keep up with the pace of change in the sector.
