THREE60 Energy: acquisition of Total Vision in the Middle East.

THREE60 Energy has announced a major step in its growth strategy with the acquisition of Total Vision in the Middle East. The acquisition adds an Abu Dhabi–based engineering and project management business to THREE60’s expanding portfolio, following a year of record revenue growth, major contract wins, and the opening of its new UAE headquarters.

The move follows growing regional demand for experienced partners able to deliver across oil, gas, and new energy projects. CEO Walter Thain says "The Middle East is pivotal to our long-term strategy - a region defined by major investment, industrial diversification, and a clear commitment to wider energy solutions. Deepening our presence here ensures we can support customers across the full energy lifecycle, from traditional oil and gas to renewables and carbon capture."
