Tekmar names experienced figure as new CFO

Newton Aycliffe-based Tekmar Group, which supplies technology and services to the global offshore energy markets, has appointed an experienced figure as its new chief financial officer and executive director. 

Phil Lanigan will take up the roles, subject to completion of customary regulatory due diligence by the company's nominated adviser.

Lanigan has experience with public market and private equity-backed businesses, most recently acting as group chief financial officer for CRC Evans.
