We’re hosting a live webinar discussing the impact of the recent Finch case relating to Scope 3 Emissions and the impact on UK Upstream Petroleum Projects.

The UK Supreme Court now requires oil and gas companies who may be applying for field development approval in the UK to list the amount of Scope 3 emissions which will arise from the burning of any produced hydrocarbons. Similar arguments are being made in Norway in the Greenpeace Nordic case.
