Resource Management Solutions (RMS) make positive steps to support thriving small business community with new Value+ solution

Resource Management Solutions NE (RMS), the Darlington-based recruitment and HR business are making positive steps to support the thriving small business community across the North East with their new Value+ solution.

RMS’ Value+ solution is specifically designed with small businesses in mind, helping business owners navigate the challenges and barriers to growth.

2022 was a record year for new business start-ups in the Tees Valley region, with a boom in investment and jobs. However, despite the tangible ambition and optimism in the region, 50% of business owners cited recruitment as their biggest issue, alongside sky-rocketing business costs and economic uncertainty.
