Mission accomplished: last monopile installed at our Moray West project!
With pride we announce that today the last XXL monopile of our 882 MW Moray West project has been efficiently installed by DEME Group’s offshore installation vessel Orion, completing this key phase of offshore installation.
With our 60 XXL monopiles now installed, our team continues with the transition pieces installation, and the first batch of towers is pre-assembled in preparation for the upcoming installation campaign.
At OW, we want to congratulate our team for this outstanding milestone, an outcome of their commitment and talent, that is taking us far, as we progress towards first power!
