No pressure for ALS with vessel movement | Abnormal Loads

A 135 tonne pressure vessel was recently shipped by the ALS Project Team in Hull.

The unit with dimensions of 6.06 x 3.50 x 3.63m was transported from Sheffield with the assistance of police escort to Rotterdam utilising a 14 axle hydraulic modular trailer with a gross vehicle weight of 200 tonnes. On the quay in Rotterdam the vessel was then transferred to an inland river barge for sailing to Antwerp to meet a deep sea vessel destined for the USA.
