New podcast takes listeners on a subsea journey

Game changing advances in subsea engineering are explored in a new podcast from North East-based international B2B marketing company Horizon Works.
The sixth episode of the company’s Invented Podcast, entitled World Firsts and Worldwide Impact, sees Horizon Works Managing Director, Samantha Vassallo, interview Paul Davison, Deputy CEO of subsea engineering specialist SMD.

Recorded at the Energi Coast Regional Supply Chain Showcase at Newcastle’s historic Boiler Shop venue – once home to George Stephenson’s locomotive works – the podcast covers SMD’s groundbreaking work, from helping to protect the world’s telecommunications cables through developing subsea ploughs, to creating a cloud-based solution for operating subsea machinery.
