InnovateUK - Reimagine Materials and Manufacturing Event: Funding updates and networking
Posted on 29 March 2023

4 April, 10.00 - 16.00 | London
The UK has clear potential to become a world-class destination of choice for advanced low-carbon manufacturing. Join us on 4 April for our next in-person event in London to explore how we are reimagining the world of materials and manufacturing to make this possible, and how can our related competitions support your innovative idea.
Innovate UK has recently launched its Materials and Manufacturing Vision 2050 document, delving into the challenges and opportunities that lie in front of the UK materials and manufacturing sectors in the coming decades. In support of this vision, we have launched two programmes:
- Resource efficiency for materials and manufacturing (REforMM) - £12M CR&D Competition funded by Innovate UK opening 31 March
- Sustainable bio-based materials and manufacture - £12M CR&D Competition funded by Innovate UK, BBSRC and EPSRC jointly now open.
The event on 4 April will be the perfect opportunity to learn more about the Vision and its supporting programmes. As a delegate, you will also be able to pitch for your innovation, book one-to-one meetings with fellow delegates, and network to find partners for your project.
You will be able to express your interest in pitching during the registration process.
