HGF Edinburgh office moves to new premises

HGF are continuing to grow, with a strategically planned expansion in Edinburgh, Scotland. The move supports the firm’s ambitions to increase its team in Edinburgh and will provide additional technical expertise into new markets including engineering and electronics.

The office move follows a year of growth including the merger of HGF & Patronus IP which extended the reach across Germany and Austria in Munich, Heidelberg, Salzburg and the opening of a second office in Dublin, Ireland, taking the total to 22 offices throughout UK and Europe.

Dr Jamie Thomson, Patent Director, commented “I am delighted to see our Scottish team growing so fast. Since 2015, we’ve grown from two to six attorneys and increased our support staff as our client base has grown. We needed to increase our office space to accommodate our ever-expanding team. This has also allowed us to extend our offering to all technical fields.”
