This year’s Global Wind Report 2025, from GWEC, showed that the APAC region accounted for 75% of global wind market growth last year. This was thanks to record activity in China and a strengthening market in India and Australia.

Beyond the numbers, the APAC region is home to the next wave of offshore markets, with high ambition in Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Vietnam and Australia.
