Friends of the North East STEM Foundation Summer Drinks

We want to invite you to join us on the 29th of June for drinks with a like-minded group of industry leaders from across the region. We will be celebrating the great work of the North East STEM Foundation, which is supporting young people's access to STEM education.

The charity aims to advance the education of young people in the North East of England, in the fields of science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM). As well as brokering activities to introduce children and young people to STEM, the charity aims to support students attending UTC South Durham, removing financial barriers to access such as travel costs and uniform/PPE costs for those students from poorer backgrounds.

What to expect:

- Keynote speeches from STEM sector experts

- Discussion of emerging trends and challenges.

- Networking to forge meaningful connections with other business leaders.
