Durham University Electrical Power Industry/Academia Research Opportunities Workshop

Durham University’s Electrical Power research node would like to invite you to a joint academic-industry workshop to explore and create research opportunities. The workshop will be held on the Durham Science site on Monday 24 July, starting at 10:00.
Keynote talks will be given by Chris Briggs (Siemens Gamesa Renewables) on current industry challenges and Prof Pat Wheeler (Nottingham University Power Electronics, Machines and Control) on the current research landscape. Research talks will be provided by current Durham researchers, as well as an information session on research collaboration with Durham.
The workshop will be held at Durham University’s Teaching and Learning Centre (https://libguides.durham.ac.uk/Libraries/tlc). Coffee and lunch will be provided.
