Driver Project Services is a Project Management and Project Controls consultancy, specialising in supporting you through the Pre and Post-Contract stages of your projects. We support  the successful development and delivery of projects for our clients across the full project lifecycle.

From the earliest stages of project development, we provide feasibility, project management, estimating, cost management, quantity surveying, planning,  procurement and tender support, helping our clients establish robust project strategies, understand costs and risks, and make informed decisions before entering into construction.

As projects progress into delivery, we provide the commercial, planning, cost, risk and project controls expertise needed to improve performance, manage risk, control costs, maintain programme certainty and achieve successful project outcomes.

Our integrated approach means we can support clients from initial concept and feasibility through procurement, construction and project completion, providing the specialist expertise required at every stage of the project lifecycle.
