Tekmar Unites Under One Brand

Tekmar Group announces the launch of its new unified brand, Tekmar, bringing together Tekmar Energy, Pipeshield and Ryder under a single identity.

The move reflects the evolution of the business and creates a clearer, stronger platform from which to support customers operating across the offshore energy and marine infrastructure sectors.

For many years, the Group's companies have worked together to deliver engineering expertise, specialist technologies and offshore services on some of the world's most complex offshore projects. The transition to a single Tekmar brand formalises this integrated approach and better represents how the business operates today – as one team with complementary capabilities supporting customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Under the new structure, Tekmar's capabilities are organised across two core business verticals:

Asset Protection Technology delivers engineering services and protection and stabilisation technologies that safeguard critical offshore infrastructure. The division combines engineering expertise with polymer and concrete-based solutions, supporting customers from early-stage consultancy, design and analysis through to long-term asset protection.

Offshore Energy Services provides specialist offshore services, including structural grouting solutions and equipment rental, helping customers safely install, protect and maintain offshore assets in challenging environments.

Together, these verticals provide customers with access to a broad range of integrated capabilities, including engineering services, protection and stabilisation technologies, structural grouting solutions and specialist equipment rental.

The new brand simplifies how Tekmar presents these capabilities to the market, providing greater clarity for customers, partners and investors while strengthening the company's position in key growth markets including offshore wind, oil and gas, marine infrastructure and interconnectors.
