Northern Power Electronics Joins NOF to Strengthen Offshore and Energy Sector Support

Northern Power Electronics Ltd, a Newcastle upon Tyne-based industrial electronics repair specialist, has joined NOF to support its growth within the offshore, marine and energy supply chain.

The membership marks an important step for NPE as the company continues to expand its work with offshore operators, energy companies, marine contractors and industrial clients across the UK.

NPE provides component-level fault diagnosis and repair for AC and DC drives, servo systems, PCBs, HMIs, power supply units, control electronics and ROV electronic systems. Its work supports operators where OEM support has ended, replacement parts are obsolete, or long lead times create operational risk.

The company’s repair capability is particularly relevant to offshore and energy-sector environments, where electronic failures can cause costly downtime and where legacy equipment is often still critical to daily operations.

NPE is based in Newcastle upon Tyne and holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification. The company offers rapid assessment and priority repair options for urgent jobs, with a 12-24 month warranty for qualified repair.
