About this event

EDF is Britain’s biggest zero carbon electricity generator and a leading employer on Teesside. Over the past twelve months, EDF has announced exciting projects across new nuclear, wind, solar and hydrogen, along with lifetime extension of zero carbon nuclear power generation at Hartlepool.

But decarbonising electricity isn't enough to hit Net Zero. EDF also have expertise in local decarbonisation, with projects and products to support individuals, local authorities, corporate and industrial customers to do their bit.

Come and join us to find out how EDF and its local partners are working together to help Teesside achieve its Net Zero ambition through innovation, sustainability, and investment, while protecting existing projects that have had a significant economic impact for decades.

We will also explore the barriers to Net Zero and potential solutions and collaborations to overcome these challenges. In addition, businesses and projects on Teesside, including EDF, will be exhibiting at this event, with teams’ on-hand to talk about decarbonisation and supply chain opportunities arising from projects and investments.

Please note: this event will be free to attend but exhibition stands will be chargeable, and tickets are limited to one per company.
