What can leaders do to create the behaviours and culture of a High-Reliability Organisation (HRO)?
Becoming a HRO is an aspiration with many complex facets. A company can have the processes perfected but if the people implementing those processes aren't in tune, it all falls down. Cultural maturity, as the name suggests, takes time. Communication, accountability and transparency are all factors heavily influenced by leadership culture, but how does this filter down to behaviours and translate into the common attributes of HROs?
