Windhoist, Stowen and Hexis – established providers of services to the wind energy sector – have today announced their joining of the newly formed Windlogix group. Established to integrate complementary capabilities between its companies, Windlogix aims to benefit on- and off-shore energy generators by offering a cradle-to-grave service portfolio.
In execution of the first phase of a multi-year plan, CEO Euan Lockhart leads a two-pronged strategy for Windlogix. The first – organic growth – is to be achieved through the integration of adjacent services. Clients will benefit from unified delivery and service solutions backed by the assurance and resilience of group infrastructure. The second – strategic acquisition – will serve to bolster capabilities across the group in order to serve clients at every stage of the wind-farm lifecycle.
As of today, the Windlogix Group is comprised as follows:
Together, the group companies represent one of the largest and arguably one of the most experienced providers of turbine services in the world. Windlogix is actively engaged in the hiring of further talent, while further acquisitions are to be announced in the near future.
