North East recruitment specialist NRL are asking, are you the right person to lead their Teesside expansion?

Emma Lowden Branch Manager of NRL’s North East recruitment operations is offering a career changing opportunity to join the business and lead their new regional branch in Teesside as their new Divisional Manager.

The technical engineering recruitment and workforce provider have had an operational base in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, for over 30 years. Ongoing work supporting clients in the Teesside region over recent years has opened up an opportunity to set up a new branch in the area - so the hunt is on to find the right person who has the drive, recruitment expertise and leadership passion to set-up and grow the new branch.

Discussing the job opportunity in more detail Emma said,

“It’s an exciting time for NRL here in the North East. We’ve grown our UK and global business over the last three decades by building on our expertise and opening up new branches in key growth areas. So it’s not every day that opportunities like this come up – a chance to become a huge part of the development and growth of our new regional recruitment branch.

We know the right person is out there, who’s local to the Teesside area and shares the same appetite we have to ensure local businesses and residents can maximise the benefits of the fantastic regeneration plans across Teesside.

It’s a great opportunity for our new Divisional Manager as well, including personal development support from our Senior Leadership team and the opportunity to grow their own team as demand for our Teesside recruitment services evolve.

If there’s anyone reading this right now who thinks that could be them, I’d welcome the opportunity to chat with them to discuss more about the role. I’ve worked at NRL for over 20 years now, having progressed my career from a Recruitment Clerk to Branch Manager – so can chat first-hand on the career development opportunities we can provide our new Teesside Divisional Manager.”

Established in 1983, NRL work across key engineering sectors such as Renewable Energy, Conventional Power, Infrastructure, Advanced Facilities and the Built Environment. Developing temporary and permanent workforce solutions to help clients to grow and diversify into new specialisms, whilst driving the flexibility needed to manage a busy project portfolio.

The new Teesside Divisional Manager position will provide a varied role incorporating business development activities and managing recruitment resourcing, whilst working with the NRL Group’s central Marketing team to undertake a targeted local marketing strategy. As well as future opportunities to manage their own recruitment team and develop their leadership skills.
