MTE is delighted to announce the appointment of Matt Camp and Kevin Judson as the company’s new joint Managing Directors.
Already valued team members – Matt and Kevin bring a wealth of experience to the company and since re-joining MTE in 2019, both have been instrumental in driving business growth and development.
Kevin Judson, MTE’s former Director of Projects has a strong track record delivering technically complex and multi-disciplined projects to various sectors worldwide – including renewables, oil & gas and nuclear industries. Holding previous senior management positions and responsible for engineering and operational delivery teams, Kevin has been key to demonstrable company wide operational improvements.
Since re-joining the company, Kevin has utilised his expertise to build valuable client relationships, deliver major projects and extend MTE’s project portfolio through focussed R&D initiatives.
Speaking about new role, Kevin said: “I am very excited to undertake this role at MTE, specifically at a time where our future looks extremely promising with a number of prestigious contract awards imminent and following two successful years delivering our core product line into new Chinese and Russian clients.”
Matt Camp, MTE’s former Operations Director is a highly experienced leader, specialising in marketing and sales for the oil and gas, nuclear and renewable sectors. As a Chartered Engineer, Matt’s knowledge and experience is extensive having previously held senior positions within Operations, Business Development, Engineering and Commercial.
Since re-joining the company in 2019, Matt has managed MTE’s repositioning and growth activities, -successfully strengthening the business with substantial order awards.
Discussing his new role, Matt said: “I am thrilled to take on this role and look forward to being part of this exciting new chapter for MTE. This is a company that holds a market leading reputation because of the fantastic team that work tirelessly together, so I look forward to seeing what we can achieve in the future.”
