The British Embassy Manila trade team invites you to a virtual teach-in clinic on accessing ADB goods and works contract opportunities and demystifying the procurement process.

Headquartered in the Philippines, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) is a multilateral that finances projects to promote social and economic development in Asia and the Pacific (APAC).

The ADB procures all types of goods and works for its projects, which unlocks numerous business opportunities in the region.  Around £16bn worth of contracts were procured in 2020, with most contracts open to international competitive tendering.  On behalf of its APAC borrowers, the ADB procures:

  • Machinery and equipment supply;
  • Civil works infrastructure;
  • Turnkey contracts;
  • Educational materials;
  • Software and digital solutions;
  • Medical equipment and tools.

Sign up to our FREE session to learn the step-by-step basics of ADB Procurement for goods and works. You may share your procurement concerns and experiences, and understand how the Embassy can support you.

By the end of series, participants will have discovered the advantages of working on ADB-funded projects, along with new strategies for exporting to APAC.
