Located 15km off the east coast of Scotland, in the outer firth of forth, the NNG windfarm is being developed by EDF Renewables UK and Energy for Generations. Work on the windfarm started in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2023. Once, completed, the site is expected to generate around 450MW of renewable energy, enough to power 375,000 homes.
As part of the ongoing NNG project, Gibb Group has delivered a range of safety, survival and PPE equipment that will enable project personnel to operate safely and effectively on site. This has included a range of workwear including harsh environment suits, life jackets and harnesses together with a range of other general safety and survival equipment.
