Ventus appoints Michael Lynch as Managing Director

Michael Lynch has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Ventus International, a private equity backed pure play renewables recruitment specialist.   Michael brings with him 15 years+ experience overseeing teams engaged in delivery of resource to the renewable energy industry.

Michael has supported a wide range of international renewable energy companies since 2006, covering Permanent, Contract and Executive appointments throughout the UK, Europe and the USA.   Michael’s remit is to drive business growth in key established and emerging markets, establishing the Ventus International brand and overseeing the launch of the company’s U.S. operations.   The business also has plans to win and execute contractor supply frameworks throughout the offshore wind sector.

Ventus International is a new consultancy launched in 2020 as a 100% pure play renewable energy and energy transition recruitment business. Our team has a combined number of years experience of more than 40 years within technical and executive markets. The business has exciting growth plans and will deliver high quality recruitment services across international onshore wind, offshore wind, solar, tidal, green hydrogen and energy storage markets.
