Leyton UK are delighted to be hosting a series of events in collaboration with Innovate UK EDGE.

This session will be on the topic of Pitching to Investors and will be hosted by Emma Douglas-Beet, an Innovation & Growth Specialist and Scale Up Director at Innovate UK EDGE. Emma has been working with companies to help them grow for over 20 years. As part of this journey, many of them need to access cash in order to unlock their potential. She will take you through the different types of funding available, and how to hone your pitch for equity funding.

Emma Douglas-Beet, Innovate UK EDGE

Emma has over 20 years’ experience in supporting innovative businesses. She has supported founders to launch, scale and grow innovations, guiding them to secure over £20m equity funding from Angels, funds, and crowdfunding platforms.

Julie Pauley, Innovate UK EDGE

Julie has worked with hundreds of SMEs to access the help they need across several funded business support programmes. She has a background in Public Relations, Marketing, and Innovation and Growth coaching.

Mark Petty, Leyton UK
