NSSLGlobal Safety, Radio & Navigation

The true value of good security and safety systems really becomes clear when things start to go wrong. Your systems are essential to avoid risks, minimise danger, and even save lives. Entrusting these systems to just any provider is not an option.

NSSLGlobal is a partner to thousands of vessels, with 50+ years of experience in installing, maintaining, and providing GMDSS, tracking, and safety equipment and services to the maritime industry. We have expertise that only comes through experience, and have a service team that was designed to respond to every situation our maritime clients encounter.

Knowing your business and that GMDSS is a regulatory requirement, we stock complete systems and their components so that there are no delays in getting your systems or spares to sea.

Radio Surveys

NSSLGlobal has been appointed by the following class surveyors to carry out radio surveys on their behalf:

  • ABS
  • BV
  • DNV
  • GL
  • Lloyds Register
  • Class NK

We can cover the principal ports in South East England from our HQ. Our inspectors are also experienced and fully qualified for Offshore work in the North Sea and West Africa. Contact us for further information.

Safety Services

Whether simply tracking your vessel, or ensuring that your crew are able to receive the necessary support in times of distress, NSSLGlobal's suite of Safety Services provides piece of mind to owners and fleet managers. As a Master Distributor of Cobham we can provide all the required satellite and radio equipment as well as the service, maintenance and support required by global regulations in all GMDSS areas.

Tracking & Ship Security

NSSLGlobal & Pole Star provide customers with solutions that enable them to monitor and manage their assets in remote and hostile environments. Marine systems are used by shipping lines, ship managers, owners and charterers, barge and tug operators, offshore support & exploration companies, flag administrations, port state control, coast guard and security administrations, yacht managers and leisure marine fleet operators.
