MTE have successfully completed a contract delivering Fire and Blast Walls to the Hollandse Kust Zuid (HKZ) Alpha wind farm project.
Awarded by DryDocks World Ltd, the completed project delivery saw MTE provide engineering design expertise, manufacture and a successful on time delivery.
Located in the North Sea, in front of the Dutch Coast, the offshore wind farm project is part of the Dutch government’s plans to develop 3.5 GW of wind energy production by 2023. To achieve this, there are plans for five 700 MW wind farm zones, to which MTE will supply to the third zone (HKZ Alpha).
Following on from this successful delivery, we are thrilled to have secured further scope with DryDocks World Ltd to also supply the Fire & Blast Walls to HKZ Beta.
MTE’s collective team effort was vital in the delivery of this contract and we pleased to be continuing to deliver our products to this major renewable project.
