Optimal have taken a pioneering step towards research and innovation by partnering with University of Aberdeen and Innovate UK. Facilitated by the Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) the project aims to deliver a unique software solution for Asset Management in the Oil & Gas and petrochemical industries embedding Reliability Centred Maintenance and incorporating leading edge technologies, such as artificial intelligence, to proactively monitor, analyse and continually improve on the applied strategies.
As part of the research programme, we are conducting a survey which aims to gather feedback to provide an insight to the current asset management practices within various sectors and industries. The results of the survey will help in identifying the gaps and constraints within the life cycle of the assets in its delivery of business value for the organisations, starting from asset operations and maintenance right through to reliability engineering and life-cycle integrity, availability and cost optimisation. This information will help in shaping a customised asset management tool addressing the limitations and gaps identified.
This survey is targeted to those associated with the operations and maintenance, integrity and reliability of the physical assets in various sectors and not just the Oil & Gas. Your contribution to the research programme will be highly appreciated.
To take part in the survey please follow the link to the questionnaire.
If you have any questions regarding the research project and would like more information of how your organisation can get involved or if you have specific queries related to the questionnaire, please get in touch via email@example.com .
