IR35 CHANGES 2021 REFRESHER

With changes to the off-payroll rules delayed until April 2021 just 10 days before they were due to be implemented earlier this year, you'd be forgiven for thinking it was likely to be delayed again this time around.
All indications are that the changes are very likely to go ahead this time, with the amendments now passed into law.
