NRL creates free client guide for IR35 Private Sector changes

From April 2020 organisations will need to make changes to how they engage external contractors who provide services to them through Limited Companies, often referred to as Personal Services Companies (PSC).

To help organisations better understand IR35, HMRC’s legislation that evaluates the tax status of these PSC workers, recruitment agency and NOF member NRL has launched a free client guide.

The guide unravels HMRC’s IR35 terminology, walks organisations through how HMRC will evaluate IR35, and provides practical next steps to become compliant.
