HGF are delighted to be able to offer all NOF members free access to our Intellectual Property Clinics for confidential advice on all aspects of intellectual property.  HGF is one of the leading IP firms in Europe.  In particular, HGF’s energy team is made up of attorneys who specialise in oil and gas as well as renewable energy. Come speak to us about any of the following (or anything else):

• Reviewing an invention to see whether it may be patentable
• Maintaining existing IP rights

IP Clinics are held on the first and third Thursday of every month.  To access the clinic, send an email to IPclinic@hgf.com with a brief outline of what you would like to discuss.  We will then send you an invite to a video call in our next clinic.  Advice given during the IP clinic will be completely free of charge, with no obligation to use HGF should we advise any specific steps to resolve your IP query. 

For your peace of mind, HGF are regulated by the Intellectual Property Regulation Board (https://ipreg.org.uk).  Anything sent to us by email or discussed during the clinic will be kept completely confidential.
