We are delighted to announce that, as part of the Accord Consortium, we have been appointed to a four-year, multi-million-pound professional services framework by Radioactive Waste Management Ltd (RWM) to help them optimise the management of Higher Activity Waste (HAW).
The Accord Consortium, which comprises of Galson Sciences Ltd, Hydrock, Mott MacDonald, Eadon Consulting Ltd, PDL and Cerberus Nuclear, has been awarded contracts across all three lots of the framework.
We have a long track record of providing professional engineering support to major projects in the Nuclear industry. For this framework we are providing our capability and experience in Structural and Thermal Finite Element Analysis (FEA); Design Substantiation and Finite Element Modelling (FEM); analysis of pressure vessels, fasteners and seal integrity and Process Simulation and Process Optimisation. We will be part of a multidisciplinary team of specialist contractors with cross-sector experience.
