Following the successful Rail event in Ljubljana, the Department for International Trade is organising the business delegation to the Three Seas Initiative in Ljubljana, Slovenia on 5 and 6 June 2019.
The Three Seas Initiative is a flexible political platform, at Presidential level, launched in 2015. The Initiative includes the 12 EU Member States located between the Adriatic, the Baltic and the Black Seas: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
On 5 and 6 June 2019 Slovenia will host The Three Seas Initiative (www.three.si), organising side business forum, presenting 48 different infrastructure projects from all 3SI
countries. Key areas will be energy, infrastructure, digitalisation and innovation, the cross-cutting topics of transatlantic relations, security and water. 500 participants are
expected from the private sector, Government officials of 3SI states and high representatives from EU institutions, US, Germany and business representatives from the wider region.
Date: 5 – 6 June 2019 Venue: Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Ljubljana, Slovenia
Delegate will be responsible for covering their own costs for flights from/to Ljubljana.
DIT will be happy to cover the costs of accommodation and to provide a rich programme for first.
