Sunderland-based business communications and systems specialist Cellular Solutions is celebrating after receiving national recognition for its customer service.
The company won the Customer Excellence Award in yesterday’s O2 Customer and Digital Excellence Awards 2019. The award was presented to Cellular Solutions managing director Mike Bowers and retention manager Niki Halliday at an event held at The Royal Armouries White Tower venue at The Tower of London.
This is the third year running in which Cellular Solutions has triumphed in the Customer Excellence category – and it first won the award in 2015.
Cellular Solutions is part of O2’s Direct Partner Network, which has demanding qualifying criteria, including excellent customer service and an ongoing commitment to the business sector.
The Customer and Digital Excellence awards recognise the O2 Direct Partner Network’s capability to provide world-class customer support, along with a high level of digital knowledge and expertise.
