Offshore Europe 2019: Aberdeen TECA Tuesday 3 – Friday 6 September 2019

SPE Offshore Europe is the largest E&P event in Europe, dedicated solely to the Oil & Gas Industry. The event programme will ensure you are up to date with the most significant technologies and can connect with a global network of 36,000+ attendees. The event programme will examine a wide range of opportunities and challenges in
decommissioning and late life operations, artificial intelligence and automation in the oil and gas industry, subsea technologies, digitalisation and industry developments in response to the energy transition towards a low carbon future. New industry entrants will also get an opportunity to hear more about how to establish refinancing arrangements and innovative approaches to financing projects and investments.

The Department for International Trade (DIT) is offering UK-based Oil & Gas supply chain companies a unique chance to connect with DIT officials from around the globe and to meet potential customers from key international markets to discuss business opportunities. We will have a number of activities taking place across the exhibition to promote exporting and investing in the UK’s products and services, and we welcome both experienced and inexperienced exporters to meet with us.

Exhibition Stand
DIT will have stand 3G30 in hall 3 of the exhibition area promoting DIT services available for businesses, providing meeting space for 1-2-1’s or drop in meetings with DIT sector experts in Oil & Gas and UK Export Finance; and providing UK companies with an area to discuss opportunities or get advice directly from the team.

1-2-1 Meetings
Delegates can arrange meetings with DIT overseas commercial officers and oil & gas and renewables sector specialists, regional International Trade Advisors (ITAs), UK Export Finance (UKEF) and the Export Control Joint Unit. Officer profiles will be published on the DIT event website shortly. These officials can share the latest advice on export opportunities, market entry strategies, financing for exporters and overseas buyers of UK capital goods and services and compliance with export controls. You can also meet key buyers and make critical contacts needed to access global markets. This year we will be joined by delegations including SOCAR from Azerbaijan, with others from Brazil, China, Ghana, India, Kenya, Mexico, Mozambique, Nigeria, Russia, Senegal, soon to be confirmed.
