As the UK and Argentine governments align themselves as growth partners for bilateral trade, the Argentina Gas & Oil Summit will be held in conjunction with a UK trade mission to Argentina. Argentina has the 2nd largest shale gas reserves in the world, with YPF investing between $4 billion and $5 billion per year and through 2022 there will be an array of different opportunities developing. Alongside this, the UK has a long-standing onshore and offshore oil and gas production heritage. With the UK one of the leaders in offshore oil and gas for 
exploration & production, and Argentina’s commencement of a new offshore licence round, this is a great opportunity for UK companies to discover the opportunities available in Argentina for offshore exploration.

This Trade mission will give companies the chance to hear about the opportunities available in Argentina, directly from government officials, UK based companies in Argentina and international and local operators and oil and gas service companies. The Argentina Gas and Oil Summit will provide key networking opportunities to enable growth, as well as pre-arranged 1-2-1 meetings over the course of the 4 days.
